The summer after my freshman year (summer 2022), I interned for a local media publication as a reporter/writer! There, I wrote and published 22 articles pertaining to the community :) The duration of the program was from June-August. I learned a lot about how to work with professional media reporters, and how to choose and write stories that are really relevant to the public.
